Each Shakhsia piece is crafted exclusively for a specific client, reflecting their individuality, story, and preferences. Hence, we do not share detailed visuals of designs publicly. However, with client permission, we occasionally share examples of past work on our Instagram stories and highlights

Shakhsia is exclusively based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We do not have any other representations elsewhere.

6. What are the business hours?

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM. Public holidays and Ramadan timings follow UAE government directives.

8. How far in advance should I book an appointment?

We recommend requesting an appointment at least two weeks before your desired date.

The process begins with a personal consultation to discuss your vision and needs, followed by a detailed design and fitting schedule.

12. Can I request modifications to an existing design?

Modifications are considered on a case-by-case basis and require designer approval based on the nature and scope of the requested changes.


Pricing and Payments

13. What is the price range for Shakhsia’s bespoke pieces?

Prices start at $10,000 for evening dresses and $20,000 for wedding dresses, varying based on the creative concept, design, embroidery, volume, and materials. There is NO set upper-price-limit.

14. Can I know the price of a specific design shared on Shakhsia’s Instagram?

As all Shakhsia creations are bespoke and tailored to specific clients, we do not replicate designs. We can provide an indicative price for a similar style if ordered. However, the exact price will depend on the unique elements made for you.

15. What payment methods does Shakhsia accept?

We accept payments via bank transfer.

16. Do you offer discounts or sales?

No, as all our creations are custom-made, we do not have old stock or damaged goods to offer on sale.

The creation of a bespoke piece typically takes three to six months, depending on the complexity of the design.

19. If I need expedited delivery, is that possible?

Express delivery is available on a case-by-case basis, subject to the designer’s approval. Additional fees and timelines will be discussed upon approval.
