The Role - 1:1
This role is more than an assistant position. The selected candidate will be the right-hand person to the Founder of Shakhsia and will be expected to uphold the values of the brand with grace, professionalism, and integrity. The role will involve working in a high-paced, dynamic environment where the candidate will serve as the gatekeeper to Shakhsia’s brand presence, protecting the integrity of our exclusivity while delivering a seamless and luxurious experience to our clients.
You will play a crucial role in managing appointments, communications, and key client interactions, maintaining the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their experience aligns with the level of exclusivity that Shakhsia stands for. You will help with setting appointments, organizing fittings, and facilitating clear, elegant communication between the clients and the founder.
Administrative Support: Manage the founder’s daily schedule, ensure effective time management, and handle any correspondence that is required.
Brand Representation: Be the face of Shakhsia for high-profile clients, displaying sophistication and tact at all times.
Project Management: Coordinate events and projects for Shakhsia, liaising with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders while ensuring everything aligns with the brand's image.
Team Management (As needed): Oversee the coordination of any temporary or freelance staff, ensuring they align with the high expectations and ethos of Shakhsia.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle confidential information with care, ensuring that the reputation of Shakhsia and its clients remains intact.
Ideal Candidate
Experience: Proven experience in luxury hospitality, personal assistance, or high-end fashion. Experience working with elite clientele is a strong advantage.
Emotional Intelligence: The ability to manage delicate situations, build relationships, and maintain composure in high-pressure moments.
Intelligence and Elegance: Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate Shakhsia’s ethos to clients in a confident and elegant manner.
Accountability: The assistant must be someone who can stand up for Shakhsia and the founder, someone trustworthy who embodies the brand’s integrity.
Attention to Detail: Must have a deep understanding of Shakhsia’s mission and ensure every interaction upholds our standards.
Loyalty: You will be working in an intimate 1:1, high-trust role. Integrity and commitment to the brand’s vision are key, as is a passion for representing the artistry of Shakhsia.
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of luxury fashion, fine jewelry, or bespoke tailoring
Ability to handle high-profile, demanding clients
Background in client relations, private events coordination, or executive assistance
Understanding of brand management and personal branding

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in modern tools for managing appointments, virtual consultations, and organizing daily tasks. Familiarity with fashion tech tools and virtual communication platforms is a plus.
