The Role:

We are seeking a Client Experience Lead to serve as the welcoming face of Shakhsia. This is not a sales or fashion role—it is a role of presence, trust, and grace. The ideal candidate will accompany clients through the early stages of their journey, ensuring that every interaction is handled with sincerity, warmth, and a deep sense of respect for the process.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, reliability, and emotional maturity. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values discretion, and honors the space they represent.

The role calls for someone who is polished, poised, and emotionally intelligent—able to make clients feel seen, not surveyed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients with warmth, dignity, and grace during scheduled appointments

  • Serve as the first point of contact, offering insight into Shakhsia’s values and philosophy

  • Engage in thoughtful, respectful dialogue to understand the spirit behind each client’s inquiry

  • Assist in coordinating appointment logistics and ensuring a seamless, serene experience

  • Maintain respectful follow-up communication, when needed, with attention to detail and tone

  • Uphold the privacy and intimacy that defines the Shakhsia experience


What We’re Looking For:

  • A mature, grounded individual with a natural sense of refinement and presence

  • Someone who is dependable, trustworthy, flexible, and sincerely committed

  • A background in European luxury hospitality or private client experience is mandatory

  • Prior exposure to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, royal households, diplomats, or discreet VIP clientele is a must
  • Emotionally intelligent, intuitive, and able to hold space with both confidence and humility

  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage

  • Presentable and polished, with a personal style that reflects elegance—not trendiness


Work Structure:

  • Type: Full time or Part-Time 

  • Frequency: Low-volume, high-intent appointments

  • Compensation: Discussed upon selection

  • Location: Burj Khalifa, Dubai (in-person presence required during appointments)
